Painter, Wallpaper Hanger & Drywall Finisher

Work Description:
Painters put the finishing touch on all construction projects. They prepare all types of surfaces; prepare coatings for application; and apply paints, stains, clear finishes and wall coverings. They also sandblast and waterblast. Painters use a variety of tools, including conventional and airless spray equipment. Many painters have the opportunity for wide-ranging creativity, including painting to imitate wood and stone. Painters, wallpaper hangers and drywall finishers work with drywall contractors and with industrial, commercial and residential painting contractors.
